Accessibility
Groow should work for everyone. Here's what we do, and how to tell us when it doesn't.
Effective October 10, 2026
Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use groowgroup.com and the Groow app, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Check pages with automated WCAG 2.2 AA tests at desktop and phone sizes, and fix what they find.
- Use real headings, labels and text alternatives so pages make sense to screen readers.
- Keep text contrast high enough to read, and make everything usable with a keyboard.
- Avoid relying on color alone to show meaning: charts and statuses also use labels or icons.
Known limitations
Some parts come from other companies and may not fully meet WCAG, such as the demo booking calendar and sign-in screens. If anything gets in your way, contact us and we'll help another way, such as booking your demo by email.
Feedback
If you have trouble using any part of Groow, or need information in another format, please tell us. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
