Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start a free account that tracks one business on ChatGPT and Google AI, or book a demo and get a free AI visibility scan. Either way you see where you stand before you pay anything. When you're ready, Starter is $149 a month billed yearly.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual billing saves 25% on Starter and 20% on Growth. Monthly billing has no long-term commitment and you can cancel anytime.
How is Groow different from other AI visibility tools?
Most tools show you a score, or write articles, and stop. Groow tracks what AI says about you, ranks the fixes by impact, and helps with the local, link and social work that changes the answers. On Enterprise our team does that work for you, then shows the lift.
How is Groow different from Ahrefs or Semrush?
Those are research tools built for SEO professionals, with huge keyword and backlink databases. Starter tracks ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode. Growth and Enterprise track all five: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude and Perplexity. Google AI Overviews, Copilot and Grok are next on our list.
What are Recommendations?
A ranked list of the actions that will move your AI visibility most, such as a missing comparison page or a review site that mentions competitors but not you. Each one shows why: the questions, AI answers and sources behind it. On Enterprise our team carries them out with your approval.
Can I add more users?
Yes. Growth can add users for $100/user/month. Enterprise is fully custom.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime; annual plans run to the end of the term.
What about security?
Every workspace is isolated at the database level, API keys never reach the browser, and sign-in is handled by Clerk. Enterprise adds custom data and privacy terms. Bring your security questionnaire to the demo and we'll walk through it.
